The Big White Puppy

My daughter commented on a recent visit home. "Mom, why is it all these little dolls look an awful lot like me?"" Oh, and by the way, I'm thinking of getting a puppy."

"I'm so lonely Mom and Dad. My days are so busy but I miss everyone so much, and I need something to love."

And so Nahla joins our lives as companion for our very busy daughter who needs a loyal friend.

My peg dolls do look like my daughter because I love her, and because I miss her, and because they both make me smile!

Your little skier is so cute...love her braids peeking out. You did a cuter job than the one in the book E. Sami is a beautiful puppy...so are you training him? What a great Mom you are.
Have a delightful Monday!

What a cute little fuzz ball! Oh my gosh, he looks like he fits right in with all of your Peppermint Christmas crafts! I do think you could tie a red and white candy cane ribbon around his neck and no one would even think he was out of place!

Sami is a cutie! We always have our children on our minds and on our hearts, so how could we keep them out of our crafting?

Well, whoever they look like, I love them! They exude a friendly and open face; constant happiness and fun times. That's what I want! : ) Love that little furry face ~ how cute and probably a better companion than security guard at the moment!

Oh my goodness, what an adorable puppy! I know almost all puppies are cute as can be, but this one looks like a little snow ball. :) I can only imagine what a gorgeous dog it will grow up to be. And your little skier is just perfect!

What a sweet puppy. And your little skier pegdoll is so cute. I know your daughter must be extra-special too. I miss my daughter now that she is back at college. It is not fun having an empty nest, is it? Have a great week. Love & blessings from NC!

it is so hard to have our daughters gone. I feel like I am missing a part of my soul. Kat was gone on and off for ten years on both coasts and now we have her back!

I love you skier, Elizabeth. That is so sweet that it looks like your daughter!

I simply adore that dog! What an adorable face.He looks like a little bear. So incredible sweet!

AW..Welcome to your new family member!

Now do you have the dog or your daughter at the present time?
If she's gone all day she'll need a dog sitter or little white fluffy guy there will get into trouble while he waits.

I just love this cutest, newest creation. And Sami is just as adorable as can be. Good for Twirly Swirly Girl. I love that name by the way. I know you're so proud of her taking steps to accomplish all her goals and miss her terribly at the same time. Lucky for you she's close enough to visit. I'm sure TSG is so proud of you and your creations too!
