Peppermint Tag Swap!

Are you looking for a most fun, most easy tag swap for the Christmas holidays? I welcome you to join me in a Peppermint Christmas Tag Swap. I'm letting you know about it so early so that you can arrange your crafting calender to make room for what is sure to be a very jolly holiday time.

Truly, our past Christmas tags are my very favorite. Vintage sweetness captured in so many different styles.

They all bring such a smile of remembered friends.

Joyce, Scrap for Joy, has come up with our theme for this year. There is her adorable tag with a snow family  out and about dressed in their holiday finery. Our tags will again be 6" x 3", a whole punched in the top, ribbon can be added.  Please use the Sandwich Method, paper, card stock, paper to make your tags. They will stay lovely for years to come.

Joyce has suggested we continue with my peppermint themed color pallet of PINK, MINTY GREEN, LT. BLUE, AND CHRISTMAS RED. I know! Dreamy! Your tags can be any theme you like! They don't have to be snowmen. Tags will be mailed to me the first week of December. I will return them to you the second week of December. Yes there will be a CB Craftroom Creation for each of you yet to be determined, and a reminder button yet to be made. So please if you are interested, sign up on this post. There's room 22 participants in all!

Well sure, if there's still room! I admit I love making things like this, but love it even more when it's for a "reason". A pink, minty green Cristmas, how fun!

This one is most tempting, but I don't want to bite off more than I can chew! I need to get my apron tags done, but I definitely want to do your Christmas tag swap next year. I wish I was on next year's list already. ;)
I can't wait to see what you gals come up with for your Christmas tags. I'll be watching with bated breath, to see your creations.

Oh, please, I'd love to do this! I actually wanted to do the apron pocket swap, but think this would be more fun! (I've got some very cool digi Christmas images that will be perfect for this!) One question, do we do 20 tags? Thanks so much, Becky Garrison, Camellia Cottage Designs

Oh what a great idea! I wish I could have joined up, but I know my paper crafting is way below the level of lovliness you and all these other gals will be creating. I'll watch all the fun from the sidelines...and maybe learn a thing or two for the next one! Have fun! xo Paulette

Elizabeth, I tried to find an email address for you on your blog, but couldn't find one, so I guess I'll have to tell you this way. I am very disappointed, but I will not be able to participate in the Peppermint Tag Swap! I have recently, FINALLY, found a part time job, so that is taking a lot of my time, plus I have been invited to participate in a rather large craft show in a town near here in early December, so I need that time to make tags and cards and other crafts for that show. I sincerely apologize, and I hope to be able to take part in another of your incredible swaps one day soon! Thank you for understanding! Becky G. Camellia Cottage Designs

Will you please email me and let me know you got this note! Thank you! camelliacottage1@live.com

Linda said...

Oh my goodness! It's my lucky day! I just found out that I've been invited to participate to fill a vacancy! I accept! I accept! And I already know JUST what I want to do... Thank you, Elizabeth! I'm honored to join this fantastic swap! Linda
