E, Your lamps and topiaries are sooo cute! Where did the puppies come from? Perhaps a tutorial please???? :) I haven't been able to make you a Valentine, but I have a Easter card layout all ready in my head! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Room is just about done! Ihope to do a post nexy Wednesday after the carpenter comes to hang the shelves!
Everything is perfect, as always, Elizabeth! I need to send my mother to see you...she loves dollhouses (she's never truly grown up!) She would love this beauty you've created!
Hope all is well with you--have wonderful night! Getting your cards in the mail tomorrow---sorry I'm a bit slow---crazy week!
Oh Elizabeth. Precious is all I can say. That's the cutest little pink pillow on the chair. And those topiary's are just great. I just don't know how you keep coming up with all these incredible ideas. I really like you red lamp find.
Oh' I forgot to say how adorable your little animals are and how cute to stick the little hearts in their mouths. I also notice you made a stained glass window with some paper. You don't miss a trick. Love the hearts trimming the book shelves.
I never tire of Valentine colors or projects. I love your little dogs-look at that scottie!!!! Your paper lampshades are my favorite..all the little pleats...and the flower pillow, I want a full sized one, too! Glad the little collage arrived safely...I smiled the whole time I was working on it. Dee (Lulu at Home) received a similiar one) As soon as she gets it, I will write about both of them. Happy Valentine dear one! xoxo (You will chuckle when you see what the rest of my friends were sent..I've written about it)
Tutorials! Yes! I agree with the first comment-maybe for the trees or the lamps? I have a dollhouse now too! http://craftilyeverafter.blogspot.com perhaps we should get together and host a dollhouse swap? Maybe we'll put a call out for just 10-12 ladies and we can make 10-12 little dollhouse accessories? Let me know! ~Sadie Lou
Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog, E! You always make me smile too-that's why I visit you almost daily! That topiary tree is genius! I have boxes of purchased doll furniture from over 10 years ago that I bought my daughter in hopes that her dad would make her a dollhouse. I guess I will ask her if I can Have it and refurbish with new coverings!
You just have the cutest blog! I keep contacting a fellow blogger who is decorating a doll house when you show posts on yours. If I had one, I'd want it to look just like yours! Brenda
Love the lamp and topiary..they are just soo cute! I think the lamp would look awesome with a vintage valentines shade and since the lamp is red you could use it for Christmas too!
Hi Elizabeth, Don't let Kim at Dear Daisy Cottage see your red doll house furniture. It would go so nicely in her doll house. I love red and everything you make is so cute.
I've been sick the last couple of days, and when I finally pop in here, you've gone all Eastery! Yay! I love the lamps, the topiaries, and all the little doggies that live in that sweet little house!
Hello Elizabeth, I just wanted to thank you for the most adorable Gnome girl I received from you. I'm so sorry it took me this long to get back to you. (My camera cord was missing.) She (and her sweet bunny friend) are proudly displayed in my living room. I mention you and your lovely blog in this post: http://www.vintagesquirrel.com/2010/02/mails-here-woot-woot.html
Always such fun and cheerful posts from you. Are those pipecleaner pets I see? They are just adorable. Everything you create is so inspiring! Key lime pie my most favorite. And the story of the crocheted bikini a hoot. Hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Blessings, Tammy
