Blame it on Paula Clare!

A small package came to me in the mail today. It was a garland from Paula Clare. A very cute garland. Try as I might I couldn't find a single spot to hang my garland.
The only wall long enough for my new garland was in the closet. I couldn't bare to not be able to see it; so.... a little rearranging was in order.
My six by eight foot craft room now has an additional two feet! Paula's garland and my collection of Dutch Sisters birdies are so cute together.
I can finally enjoy Lindsey of Two Crazy Crafter's scrapbook layout. I have filled them with pictures of my granddaughter. Notice Twyla's crocheted cherries on my tag book. So cute!
My space is just not complete without my spider plant. Boy do I have more room on my desk now! I have gotten so much use out of these organizer units from Michael's. I just love their convenience.
I have been asked to show a close up of the child size kitchen cabinet. Rearranging gives me the perfect opportunity. The crocheted pot holders are from Laura of Lallee's Cottage.
Peabody the Bellhop has found the perfect home. Many of my pegdolls and pom poms wear uniforms. Just one glance tells a story! Peabody's story is one of my favorite.
My very favorite planter wears a little crocheted flower from Lallee. The perfect "hair piece." My Jenny B. Scottie Halloween garland looks at home in my window.
Looking at all this red and yellow, my eye was drawn to the bottom shelf of my bookcase. More Lallee creations! I am just crazy about crocheted items!

So the two hours I happily stayed away from my paperwork I blame on Paula Clare and the wonderful garland she sent me! Please be sure to stop by and wish her a blog anniversary hello and check out her Route 66 tour. Kitsch heaven! My craft room more and more calls to mind the wonderful people I have met through this creative community. Thank you one and all!

What an adorable banner from Paula Clare. Looking through all the wonderful photos of your redo I couldn't help but think your craft room has become a Route 66 of blogland! May I come and just sit there and soak it all in??? It makes me feel cheerful and warm. By the way, someone saw my dresses on your Flickr and ordered some. Thank you!
XO dear E,

You must walk in there and feel the love from all your friends. I don't know if it's possible for your cute room to get any cuter, but it just may have! Twyla

Hey Elizabeth. I want your craft room and all your creativity. I wanted to see if you still have the childrens books. I'm interested if you do. I saw that the post was started but I guess closed. Just wanted to add my name to the hat. Thanks, Tracy

The banner that was made for you y Paula Clare is the perfect touch for this room. I enlarged every picture to look at every detil of this charming space. (I was so happy to see the little bluebird art board hanging on your closet wall) Every one who has created a piece for you certainly knows your colors. I think it's time for a magazine to come and take pictures and write a feature story about you! I don't recall seeing the Halloween garland before but it is sweet! xoxo
